$150 for follow up appointments

**Please be advised that we utilize a third-party company to manage insurance claims. As part of this process, patients will be required to create an account with the service provider**

Payment

We accept cash and all major credit cards as forms of payment.

Late Cancellation/No Show Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged a fee of $125.

Medi-Cal patients who accumulate THREE late cancellations or no-show appointments will be discharged and will no longer be eligible for services.
